Headquartered in London, the group trades from 1544 stores in 49 countries. In its first 11 month period the group had sales of £661 million, produced a gross profit of £303.7 million and EBITDA of £38.6 million.
Online sales were up 23%, International sales were up 10% and group debt was reduced ahead of schedule.
As Executive Chairman Derek Lovelock said: "….Aurora has emerged in such great shape, our business has been transformed".
